3. SMR prequalifies you for a loan and determines your best financial program.
4. SMR recommends a few homes based on your housing/financial needs.
5. Determine the best home for you.
6. Choose the best homesite based on your needs.
7. Complete cost estimate with SMR to customize home features and establish total sales price, monthly payment and total cash needed.
8. Review and sign a purchase agreement.
9. Apply for a loan.
10. Prior to construction, meet with the Project Manager who will be supervising the construction of your new home.
11. Visit new home with your Project Manager during construction to watch your home take shape.
12. Meet with your Project Manager for pre-settlement inspection.
13. Attend settlement
